Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Sonny Nagasaki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Fedida! The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Glass and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No joy there for Fedida, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Daniel Fedida seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fedida throws a series of punches but Nagasaki moves out of range. Fedida tries to bum rush Nagasaki with a series of wild strikes but Nagasaki uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Sloppy strikes from Fedida. Those never looked like landing. Nagasaki shoots for a double leg takedown but Fedida sprawls well. He's pushed Nagasaki's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Nagasaki gets a double leg takedown into Fedida's guard. Nagasaki drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Fedida manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Nagasaki has Fedida in his guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fedida throwing strikes but missing. Nagasaki escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fedida gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Fedida looking to pass the guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nagasaki manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Fedida manages to get himself to full guard.
Fedida is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Nagasaki is aware though and is defending well. Nagasaki drops back looking for a leg! Fedida is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fedida manages to kick Nagasaki off! Nagasaki jumps back into Fedida's guard. Nagasaki drops back, looking for a kneebar! Fedida looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Fedida looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Fedida! Nagasaki gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Fedida is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fedida wants to work for an arm triangle but Nagasaki is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Nagasaki works his way to full guard. Good work. Nagasaki is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Fedida is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Nagasaki has gone for a leg lock! Fedida slips out almost immediately though and dives into Nagasaki's guard. Nagasaki throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Fedida wants to control from the top but Nagasaki keeps moving. Nagasaki looking for a triangle here. Fedida is fighting it but it looks tight! Nagasaki pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Fedida is tapping out - this one is all over!
