The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weager tries to clinch but Nuno is having none of it.

Weager tries to close the distance and clinch but Nuno swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Nuno avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Nuno fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Weager sprawls well initially but Nuno persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Nuno frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Weager is in a horrible position here. Nuno smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Weager is squirming around, avoiding Nuno's attempts to control the action.

Weager should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Poor strikes thrown by Nuno there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Nuno throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Weager has his hands clasped together but Nuno breaks the hold and Weager is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Nuno!
