Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Frederic Bastiat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Asbjorn Rundstrom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bastiat comes to the cage accompanied by Superstition. Rundstrom is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Lose Control. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bastiat changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rundstrom tries to avoid it but Bastiat manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rundstrom to the ground. Rundstrom escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bastiat shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Bastiat takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Bastiat is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rundstrom.
Bastiat fails with the takedown
and Rundstrom counters with a nice uppercut.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frederic Bastiat. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bastiat doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Rundstrom counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Rundstrom tries to clinch up but Bastiat circles away and keeps his distance.

It looks like Frederic Bastiat has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rundstrom slips a nice elbow through Bastiat's hands, connecting with Bastiat's forehead.
Bastiat is looking for a sweep. Rundstrom is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rundstrom thows a huge punch but Bastiat dodges it nicely.

Bastiat has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rundstrom can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Bastiat is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Rundstrom defends well.

Bastiat wants to sweep here but Rundstrom controlling him for the moment.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bastiat looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Rundstrom has picked Bastiat up and slammed him! Bastiat can't keep hold of the triangle and Rundstrom manages to pass to side control!
Rundstrom wants to stand but Bastiat has his arm trapped.

Rundstrom throws a right and a left that Bastiat avoids nicely.

Rundstrom misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bastiat gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Rundstrom counters with an inside leg kick.
Bastiat throws a hook to the side of Rundstrom's head but Rundstrom sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Bastiat takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Bastiat shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Rundstrom counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Bastiat is breathing heavily.
Rundstrom scores with a nice head shot.
Rundstrom smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Bastiat is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bastiat gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Rundstrom counters with a huge right that knocks Bastiat out cold! Rundstrom is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
