Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eli Crowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oscar Payne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crowe comes to the cage accompanied by Angry Johnny & The Killbillies - Kill Again. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Eli Crowe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Oscar Payne!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crowe feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Payne's calf.
Crowe throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Crowe defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Payne.
Crowe connects with a leg kick. Payne looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Crowe on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
An inside leg kick from Crowe misses.
Crowe fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Payne takes a jab right on the kisser.
Crowe lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Crowe closes the distance and pushes Payne back into the cage.
Crowe pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

Payne pulls guard successfully.
Crowe controlling from the top position.

Crowe would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Crowe knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Payne on the ground.

Payne wants to sweep here but Crowe controlling him for the moment.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Eli Crowe wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Crowe throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

Crowe is looking to slow Payne down with leg kicks.

Crowe instigates a clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Crowe is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Crowe tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Crowe takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Payne drops down looking for an ankle pick but Crowe pulls his leg out and moves away.

Payne pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Crowe lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Crowe throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Payne stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Payne looks gassed!
Crowe throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

Crowe moves into the clinch.
Crowe lands a good knee to the midsection. Payne won't want to take too many of those.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Crowe lands a nice elbow.
Crowe utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
Payne takes an elbow to the forehead.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Crowe lands a good knee to the midsection. Payne won't want to take too many of those.
Crowe comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Crowe could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Crowe looking to throw knees to the head but Payne is blocking nicely.
Crowe connects with a nasty looking knee right to Payne's face.

It looks like Oscar Payne has been cut.
Payne tries to circle away but Crowe has him pinned against the cage.
Crowe has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Payne - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Crowe, and another! Payne is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Eli Crowe!
After the fight, Eli Crowe was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
