Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duke Gibbons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Isamu Natsuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by Gibbons misses
and Natsuki counters with a body kick that stops Gibbons in his tracks momentarily.
Gibbons misses with a double jab
and Natsuki counters with a nice leg kick.
Gibbons lands a slapping body shot.
Natsuki shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gibbons as he avoids it easily.
Gibbons fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Natsuki keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Gibbons tries to move into range but Natsuki moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Gibbons is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Natsuki.
Natsuki uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gibbons.

No joy there for Gibbons, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Natsuki fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Gibbons has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Natsuki lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Gibbons has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Gibbons and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Gibbons throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Natsuki sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Natsuki sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Gibbons's guard.
Natsuki slips a nice elbow through Gibbons's hands, connecting with Gibbons's forehead.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Natsuki is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Gibbons is hurt! He's hurt bad - Natsuki fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Gibbons from any more punishment! Congratulations to Natsuki! Great finish!

After winning the bout, Isamu Natsuki thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
