Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Claude Harper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elijah Stoltzfuses Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stoltzfuses Jr has chosen Gladiator the Battle as his entrance music. Elijah Stoltzfuses Jr has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Summer Carpenter and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harper tries to bum rush Stoltzfuses Jr with a series of wild strikes but Stoltzfuses Jr uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Harper throws a lazy uppercut
and Stoltzfuses Jr counters with a body kick that stops Harper in his tracks momentarily.
Harper tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stoltzfuses Jr swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Harper wants to clinch.
Harper darts in trying to clinch
and Stoltzfuses Jr counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Stoltzfuses Jr.
Stoltzfuses Jr wants a takedown.

Harper is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Harper shoots for a takedown but Stoltzfuses Jr saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Stoltzfuses Jr has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Stoltzfuses Jr there as he acknowledges the shot.
Harper clinches.
Stoltzfuses Jr lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Harper is trying to push Stoltzfuses Jr away but Stoltzfuses Jr has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Harper has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Stoltzfuses Jr.
Stoltzfuses Jr lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Stoltzfuses Jr throws a knee to the head but misses.
Stoltzfuses Jr gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Harper is trying to break free.
Harper's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Harper changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Stoltzfuses Jr fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Stoltzfuses Jr throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Harper was covering up waiting for the punch and Stoltzfuses Jr finishes the takedown easily into guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Stoltzfuses Jr cracks Harper with a big right hand from the back mount! Harper immediately covers up and the referee dives in to save him under a barrage of more strikes! Stoltzfuses Jr takes this one by TKO!
