Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dave Hughes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oh Yeah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yeah closes the distance and clinches. A right handed body shot lands from Hughes.
Hughes letting Yeah take a breather here. Hughes is working for takedown but Yeah is calmly controlling the position for now. Yeah tries to pull guard but Hughes holds him up against the cage and eventually Yeah drops back down to his feet.
Yeah holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Yeah lands a body punch in the clinch. Yeah goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Yeah prevents Hughes from breaking the clinch. Hughes trying to stall but Yeah improves his position.
Yeah fails to pull guard.
Yeah breaks the clinch.
Yeah lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Yeah is looking to clinch. Yeah should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Yeah fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Dave Hughes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Oh Yeah. Yeah moves into the clinch. Hughes has had enough of the clinch but Yeah keeps him there for the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hughes can't break the clinch.
Yeah drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Yeah turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Yeah tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Yeah stands up and beckons Hughes to his feet. Yeah shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hughes as he avoids it easily. Hughes misses with a wild combination.
Yeah fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Hughes. Hughes is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice uppercut there from Hughes. Yeah tries to clinch up but Hughes circles away and keeps his distance. Hughes tries for a takedown but Yeah circles away easily and Yeah counters with a body kick. Yeah scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hughes is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Yeah off and has taken his back! Yeah trying to control the hands but Hughes breaks the grip. Yeah is trying to keep from getting into a worse position than he's already in but Yeah is working away and isn't letting himself get tied up. Hughes is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Yeah trying to control the position but Hughes manages to sink in the hooks.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. I would not like to be Yeah right now.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Dave Hughes just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Yeah throws a leg kick but Hughes checks it. Hughes gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Yeah counters with an inside leg kick. Hughes closes the distance and clinches. Hughes wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Hughes wants to break free but Yeah has control.
Yeah tries for a takedown but Hughes manages to get underhooks.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Oh Yeah dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Hughes lands the left hand. Hughes misses with a double jab.
Yeah gets the takedown into side control. Yeah trying to control the position but Hughes is working away. Yeah wants to take a breather but Hughes manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Yeah. Hughes wants to sweep here but Yeah controlling him for the moment. Yeah wants to stand but Hughes is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hughes is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Yeah manages to break the clinch.
Hughes throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Yeah is rocked! Hughes connects with a nice cross there... Yeah is looking wobbly and Hughes recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Yeah to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Hughes jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
