Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Cosixen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Childs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Childs is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Born This Way. Sergei Cosixen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sergei Cosixen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Brian Childs!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Damien Edna and Summer Carpenter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab lands there for Cosixen.
Cosixen with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Cosixen misses with a few strikes there.
Cosixen defending well as Childs loads up on a big left hand.
Cosixen misses with a double jab
and Childs counters with a head kick. That will keep Cosixen thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Cosixen works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Cosixen throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Cosixen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Cosixen takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Childs misses with an uppercut. Cosixen saw that one coming.
Cosixen avoids a kick to the body.

Childs jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Cosixen lands a nice shot to the body.
Childs lands a nice shot that snaps Cosixen's head back.
Cosixen throws a combination that misses
and Childs counters with a leg kick.
A chopping leg kick lands by Childs.
Cosixen misses with an uppercut. Childs saw that one coming.
Cosixen falls off balance throwing a combination
and Childs counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Childs uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cosixen.
Childs ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Childs scores with a punch to the head.
Childs feints a jab promting Cosixen to slip. Childs then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Cosixen slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Childs keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Cosixen lands a head shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Childs throws an off balance right hand
and Cosixen counters with a two punch combo.

Childs is rocked!
Childs get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Childs stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Cosixen runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
