Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Miau Subsi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elijah Paris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Paris's choice of entrance music: Document One - Clap. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paris scores with a nice strike.
A big right from Paris misses.
Paris ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Subsi moves away.
Subsi drives through and clinches with Paris against the cage.
Paris jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Subsi walks away with a smile on his face. Paris gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Paris looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Subsi keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Paris.

so Subsi counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Paris is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Subsi is controlling him.
Subsi thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Paris tightens his grip and picks Subsi up, before dumping him to the ground. Subsi manages to land in guard.

Subsi tries to free his leg and advance position but Paris is retaining full guard.
Subsi got a little sloppy there for a moment and Paris has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Subsi has managed to get both his arms back between Paris's legs - danger averted.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
