The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junior with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Junior lands a body shot.
Paris looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
It looks like Elijah Paris has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Junior throws a combination. Paris tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Paris.
Junior cracks Paris with an uppercut from hell and Paris crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Junior's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Paris is rocked!
Junior wants to stand but Paris has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Oh Paris is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Junior must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Junior decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Paris, up you get!
Junior connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Paris to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Junior!
