Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mick Foley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Harrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Harrison's choice of entrance music: God's Gonna Cut You Down. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that William Harrison was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Mick Foley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
25 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, William Harrison! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Winston Howard and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Foley misses with a hook. Foley moves away from the strike by Harrison. Foley throws an overhand right that lands on Harrison's shoulder, as Harrison tries to avoid the shot. A jab from Foley misses. That kick from Foley tenderised Harrison's leg. Harrison is trying to keep his angry face on. Harrison shoots in but no luck this time. Foley takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
An inside leg kick from Foley misses. Harrison ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Foley moves away. Donk. Harrison catches Foley right on the button with a cross. Harrison waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Foley. Foley throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Harrison displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Foley throws out the jab. Jab from Foley. Foley scores with a jab. Harrison acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Foley is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Harrison. Foley uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Harrison. Harrison misses the jab. Foley looks to land a right hand but Harrison moved out of range. Harrison connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Foley momentarily.
Harrison staying out of range there. Foley throws the left hand but Harrison avoids the punch easily. Harrison shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Foley sprawls well. Foley wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Harrison gets slowly back to his feet. Foley takes a swing at Harrison's ribcage but misses. Foley misses with an uppercut. Harrison dives in and grabs Foley's left leg, looking for a takedown. Foley pushes down on Harrison's head and hops out. Mick Foley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of William Harrison. Foley connects with a jab. Harrison shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Foley pinned against the cage. Foley gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Harrison looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Nice defenses there by Harrison. Foley lands with a hook. Harrison tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Decent striking displayed by Harrison there. Harrison misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Harrison takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Foley throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. That's four minutes gone in the round. Harrison with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Foley to score with a decent uppercut. Harrison steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Foley. Harrison slips a jab from Foley. Harrison shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Harrison slips a jab from Foley. Harrison scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Foley is looking for a sweep. Harrison is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Foley keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Harrison trying to pass the guard but Foley defending well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Mick Foley will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Harrison shoots in and bounces Foley off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Harrison missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Foley is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Foley is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Harrison is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Mick Foley has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. A swing and a miss from Foley. Harrison misses with a hook. Harrison fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Foley to the ground. Harrison is now in Foley's guard. Harrison wants to control from the top but Foley keeps moving.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Harrison is fighting to break Foley's control of his arms but Foley is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Harrison slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Harrison wants to control from the top but Foley keeps moving. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Harrison accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Harrison trying to control the position from guard on top but Foley is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Harrison is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
OK we're going to have a standup here. William Harrison hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Foley missing with a left hand there. Harrison was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Harrison thows a body shot but no joy.

Harrison looks to land a right hand but Foley moved out of range. Harrison staying out of range there. Foley stuns Harrison with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Harrison scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Harrison on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Foley misses with a low kick as Harrison jumps back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
William Harrison showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Harrison is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Foley is just riding it out for now. Harrison eventually gives up the hold. Harrison is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Foley doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Harrison. Harrison trying to advance position but Foley counters by regaining guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Foley looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Harrison content to stall in guard here. Foley looking to hit a scissor sweep but Harrison is one step ahead there. William Harrison has got the better of the ground game so far. Foley looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Harrison drops back, looking for a kneebar! Foley looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Foley looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Foley!
