Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Anthony Taglia and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones catches Hummels with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Hummels avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hummels darts in and clinches Jones up against the cage.
Hummels controlling the action here for a moment.
Hummels keeps control of Jones as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Jones misses with a punch to the body.
Hummels is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Jones is defending well.
Hummels wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Jones has him pressed against the cage.
Hummels breaks from the clinch.
Hummels closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Jones quickly recovers to half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Jones wants to sweep but Hummels has passed to side control!
That's one minute gone in the round.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hummels moves into full mount!
BOOM! Hummels connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Hummels tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Hummels scoring with strikes but Jones is staying in there.
Jones is bucking up trying to escape but Hummels cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Jones wants to control but Hummels is having none of it.
Hummels lands a big elbow.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jones is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Hummels seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Jones for as long as he can get away with.
Hummels looking to isolate an arm here. Jones doesn't see it coming and as Hummels extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Hummels!
