Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bruce Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Larry Breckinridge!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Wagner Zegers and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Breckinridge doesn't manage to clinch there - Lee circles away.
Lee uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Breckinridge has time to react.
Breckinridge tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Lee counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Breckinridge has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Bruce Lee!
Jumping up and down and very excited, Bruce Lee waved his t-shirt featuring Cyclone Nutrition Company's logo in front of the cameras.
