Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marshall Arts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lloyd Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Marshall Arts!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lloyd Martin!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Bruno Hogan and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arts throws a head kick that half lands.
Martin misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Arts throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Martin misses with an uppercut. Arts saw that one coming.
Martin swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Martin misses with a two punch combination.
Arts lands a big head kick that sends Martin tumbling to the mat! Arts takes a step backwards and waves Martin back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Martin is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Arts clinches up against the cage.
Martin is still on wobbly legs! Can Arts finish him?
Martin wants to break the clinch but can't.
Arts jerks Martin's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Martin drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Arts goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Arts because Martin was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Marshall Arts!
Marshall Arts very nearly forgot to thank MMA ANIMAL amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
