Riverboat drops Bedorf with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Bedorf looks back up at him and smiles so Riverboat waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

and Riverboat counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Bedorf! He's just covering up as Riverboat starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
