The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coutinho tries to clinch up but Watson circles away and keeps his distance.
Watson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Watson is looking to stand up but Coutinho won't let him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Coutinho escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Watson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Well Watson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
