The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Aleksandr Martynov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dew misses with a series of wild punches.
Garcilazo shoots in looking for a takedown but Dew manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Garcilazo's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Garcilazo thows a body shot but no joy.
Garcilazo shoots in but Dew avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Dew throws a series of punches but Garcilazo moves out of range.
A lazy left from Dew finds it's target.
Dew misses with a few strikes there.
Dew lands a really nice looking cross but Garcilazo seems unphased.
Garcilazo fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Dew sprawls well initially but Garcilazo persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Garcilazo decides to return to a standing position.
Dew throws a right hand that Garcilazo ducks under and follows up with a left that Garcilazo also avoids with ease.

Dew will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Dew counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Garcilazo should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Dew connects with a right hand. Garcilazo shakes it off.

Garcilazo throws a chopping leg kick but Dew manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
