The judges for this bout are James Glass, Sam Margolis and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin misses with a jab to the body
and Samani counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
A slapping leg kick lands for Samani.
Martin throws a lazy right hand but Samani sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Martin scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Samani lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Martin uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Samani.
A slow jab from Martin misses its intended target.
A telegraphed right hand from Martin misses the target.
Samani thows a body kick. Martin tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Samani changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Martin tries to avoid it but Samani manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Martin to the ground. Martin escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A solid leg kick lands there for Samani.

Martin moves forwards but Samani connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Martin scores with the left hand. Samani knows he should have avoided that one.
Martin looks for a takedown but Samani sprawls well.
Martin sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Martin looks gassed!

Martin chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Samani can pounce on him.
Samani lands a leg kick that knocks Martin off balance momentarily.
Samani steps into range and cracks Martin with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Martin flops backwards and Samani dives into his guard looking to finish!
It looks like Dean Martin has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Samani trying to control but Martin is working from the bottom.
Samani seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Martin wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Samani wants to control but Martin is keeping him busy.

Samani is trying to control. Martin wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Martin is looking for a sweep. Samani is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Samani trying to mount his opponent but Martin defends it.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Martin slips a jab from Samani.
Martin takes a swing at Samani's ribcage but misses.
Samani throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Samani fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Martin manages to avoid it.
Martin fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Samani avoids it really well and circles away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Dean Martin 's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Martin takes a kick to the side of the head.
Samani ducks under a wild hook from Martin .
A nice leg kick lands there from Samani.
Samani misses with a straight left.

Samani slaps away a takedown attempt from Martin , before circling back to the center of the mat.

Samani throws a leg kick which misses Martin 's front leg but catches the back leg as Martin tries to avoid it.

Samani keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Martin fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Rostam Samani has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dean Martin .

Martin cracks Samani with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Martin is trying desperately to land a takedown but Samani is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Martin .
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Samani scores with a kick to the midsection.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Samani! Martin is out on his feet! Samani rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Martin is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Martin is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rostam Samani!
Rostam Samani tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
