Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Remigiusz Klajn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Haminall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haminall has chosen The Sound of Silence by Simon & Garfunkle as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Remigiusz Klajn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Matt Haminall!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Klajn.
Klajn misses with a takedown attempt - Haminall sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Klajn shoots in looking for a takedown but Haminall manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Klajn's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Remigiusz Klajn. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Haminall stuffs the takedown attempt from Klajn. Klajn gets slowly back to his feet.

Haminall closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Let's hope that Haminall has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Klajn changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Haminall tries to avoid it but Klajn manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Haminall to the ground. Haminall escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Haminall wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.

Klajn manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

That's time! Klajn's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!


Klajn shoots in for a takedown but Haminall shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Haminall feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Haminall is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Well Haminall has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
