Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Travis Browne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Naksuttava Puimakone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Browne comes to the cage accompanied by UFC - Face the Pain. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Dmitry Maklakov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Puimakone's jab looks to have found its range, popping Browne under the eye.
Browne showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Puimakone.
Puimakone slaps away a takedown attempt from Browne , before circling back to the center of the mat.
Puimakone lands a jab to Browne 's midsection.
Browne doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Puimakone counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Browne shoots in looking for a takedown. Puimakone tries to sprawl out of it but Browne keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Puimakone manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Travis Browne . That's going to take a lot out of him.
A jab from Puimakone does it's job there.

and Puimakone counters with a nice uppercut.
Browne gets tackled into the cage by Puimakone. Puimakone maintains the clinch.

Browne tries for a takedown but Puimakone manages to get underhooks.

Puimakone's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Puimakone continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Puimakone takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Naksuttava Puimakone.
Browne tries for a takedown but Puimakone circles away easily
and Puimakone counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Puimakone lands with a kick to the temple. Browne shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Browne throws a sloppy head kick and Puimakone moves out of range easily.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Browne throws a leg kick but Puimakone sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Browne swats away the attempt to clinch by Puimakone.
Browne takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Puimakone lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Browne has his takedown stuffed
and Puimakone counters with a left and a right that stings Browne .
It looks like Travis Browne has been cut.
Browne tries for a takedown but Puimakone circles away easily
and Puimakone counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Browne . He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Browne doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Puimakone connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Browne doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Browne misses with a takedown attempt
and Puimakone counters with a stiff right hand.
Puimakone looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

and Puimakone counters with a one-two to the body.
Browne keeps the fight on the outside.

Puimakone tries to clinch but Browne is having none of it.
Browne with a lazy takedown attempt
and Puimakone connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Browne is rocked!
Puimakone is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Browne had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Puimakone cracks Browne with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Browne falls to his knees and Puimakone doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Naksuttava Puimakone!
Naksuttava Puimakone bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
