Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Roel Rivera! The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Earth fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Earth stuffs the takedown attempt from Rivera. Rivera gets slowly back to his feet. Rivera shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Earth defends it nicely. Earth shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rivera but Rivera pushes him off and we're back to square one. Earth closes the distance and clinches up with Rivera, looking for a takedown. Earth pushes Rivera against the cage but Rivera circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mother Earth. That's going to take a lot out of him. Earth swings for the body but Rivera moves out of range.

That's one minute gone in the round. Rivera shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Earth is trying to escape the mount.

Rivera really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Earth. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Earth is working hard here to advance position.
