The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vera moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Tyson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Vera shoots in for a double leg but Tyson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Vera fails with the takedown.
Tyson thuds his right hand into Vera's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Vera shoots in and drives through. Tyson sprawls well.
Mike Tyson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brandom Vera.
Vera closes the distance and clinches up with Tyson, looking for a takedown. Vera pushes Tyson against the cage but Tyson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Tyson scores with a decent looking hook.
Tyson gets in close and tags Vera with a short punch that almost sends Vera to the mat! Oh Vera is in big trouble! He turns his back on Tyson, trying to create some distance but Tyson rushes him, striking wildly and Vera goes down! The referee tackles Tyson into the cage to end the fight! Tyson is one violent man!
