Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thadus McDoogle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stanislav Laitamo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laitamo has chosen Vinnie Paz - Washed In The Blood Of The Lamb as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Stanislav Laitamo was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Roger Salmon and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDoogle takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
McDoogle takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Laitamo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
McDoogle has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from McDoogle there as he acknowledges the shot.
Laitamo throws a nice looking combination but McDoogle bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
McDoogle misses with a body kick.
Laitamo throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by McDoogle.
McDoogle moves into the clinch.
McDoogle jumps guard but Laitamo turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
McDoogle has clasped his hands together around Laitamo's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
This has been an exciting period of action!
McDoogle advances to mount.
Laitamo is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
McDoogle trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Laitamo tries to buck McDoogle off but he can't manage it.
McDoogle lands a heavy elbow.
Laitamo is bucking up trying to escape but McDoogle cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Laitamo is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

and Laitamo counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Stanislav Laitamo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Laitamo stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Laitamo misses with a head kick.
Laitamo lands a straight punch to the body, keeping McDoogle at a distance.
Laitamo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Laitamo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
McDoogle tries to clinch up.
McDoogle throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Laitamo's waist but Laitamo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing McDoogle off to one side.
Laitamo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
McDoogle swings for the body but Laitamo moves out of range.
Sloppy strikes from McDoogle. Those never looked like landing.
McDoogle throws a nice looking combination but Laitamo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
McDoogle keeps the fight on the outside.
McDoogle takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Laitamo throws a one two combo.
It looks like Thadus McDoogle has been cut.

Laitamo avoids the head kick by McDoogle.
Laitamo closes the distance and clinches.
Laitamo breaks the clinch.
McDoogle throws a combination. Laitamo tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
McDoogle takes a shot to the body in his stride.
McDoogle is breathing heavily.
Laitamo moves into range and connects with a jab.
Laitamo lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Laitamo scores with a body shot.
McDoogle takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Laitamo pulls out of a head kick attempt.
McDoogle takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Laitamo scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Laitamo throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent McDoogle stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
McDoogle drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Thadus McDoogle's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
McDoogle tries to move into range but Laitamo moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Laitamo moves into range and clinches up with McDoogle.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Laitamo just misses with a elbow thrown towards McDoogle's brow.
Laitamo misses with a shot to the kidneys.
McDoogle breaks from the clinch.
Laitamo tries to clinch up.
Laitamo connects with a body shot.
Thadus McDoogle is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
A head kick misses from McDoogle.
McDoogle pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
McDoogle throws a head kick that misses.
Laitamo uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before McDoogle has time to react.
A lazy body kick from McDoogle
and Laitamo counters with a right hand to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Laitamo tries to close the distance and clinch up but McDoogle swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
McDoogle shoots in looking for a takedown but Laitamo manages to keep the fight standing, pushing McDoogle's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Laitamo cracks McDoogle with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McDoogle fails with a takedown attempt.
Laitamo throws out a powerful jab.
Laitamo forces McDoogle back against the cage and clinches.
McDoogle takes a shot to the head.
Laitamo lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Laitamo scores with a nice hook to the head.
McDoogle is rocked!
Laitamo stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Oh McDoogle is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Laitamo scores with a shoulder strike.
Laitamo lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops McDoogle to his knees! Laitamo keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Stanislav Laitamo!
