Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Red Arcinas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Greg Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Red Arcinas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Greg Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arcinas misses with a takedown attempt
and Jackson counters with a single leg into guard. Arcinas didn't expect that.
Jackson is working Arcinas over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Jackson stands up and waves to Arcinas to follow him.
Arcinas tries for a takedown but Jackson circles away easily
and Jackson counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Arcinas has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jackson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Jackson is looking to work some ground and pound but Arcinas has wrist control.
Jackson stands and steps away. Arcinas gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Arcinas shoots and misses
and Jackson counters with a takedown into side control.

Jackson has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Jackson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Arcinas has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Jackson has managed to get both his arms back between Arcinas's legs - danger averted.

and Jackson counters with a shoot takedown. Arcinas fights it but they end up in guard.
Jackson pushes down on Arcinas's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Jackson is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Jackson is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Jackson cracks Arcinas with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Arcinas from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.

Arcinas is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Jackson gets his way!
