The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Felipe Paraventi and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliveria misses with a kick to the body
and King moves into the clinch.
King misses with a knee strike.
King lands an elbow inside.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

King throws a hook but Oliveria avoids it easily.

Oliveria shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
King is desperately trying to improve his position but Oliveria has a good base and remains in mount.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Oliveria cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Oliveria is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. King can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Oliveria takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
King wants to hold on but Oliveria pushes him away.

King bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Oliveria shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as King sprawls well. King wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Oliveria gets slowly back to his feet.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Oliveria connects with a nice short shot to King's temple.
King makes his way to full guard. A much better position for King.
King looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Oliveria forces his way into half guard.
Oliveria wants to free his trapped foot but King is holding on for dear life with his legs.
King wants to get back to his feet.

Oliveria is nestled in close to King, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Still in half guard, Oliveria seems content to control.

Oliveria changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. King tries to avoid it but Oliveria manages to keep hold of a leg and drag King to the ground. King escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
