Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mathew Drens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paolo Nelmsos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drens is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Mathew Drens has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nelmsos is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Drens's half guard.
Drens is breathing heavily.
Nelmsos looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Drens avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Nelmsos.
Nelmsos is trying to control the action in half guard but Drens is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Well Nelmsos has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
