Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jim Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Balaur Bondoc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Storm comes into the arena with ThunderStruck blaring out of the sound system. Bondoc has chosen Pastor Troy - Vica Versa as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Balaur Bondoc! The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Eliza Hachem and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bondoc looks to land a combination but Storm avoids it well. This fight brought to you by 5M nutrition - it's mmmmm tasty. Nice jab by Bondoc. Storm misses with a two punch combination.
Bondoc fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bondoc swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Storm fails to land the takedown. Storm misses with a takedown attempt and Bondoc counters with a two punch combo. Storm blocks a head kick by Bondoc.

Bondoc stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bondoc wants it to stay on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jim Storm. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bondoc throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bondoc scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Storm shoots in looking for a takedown. Bondoc tries to sprawl out of it but Storm keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bondoc manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Storm fails with a takedown attempt. A head kick misses from Bondoc. Bondoc lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Storm can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Bondoc and Storm drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Bondoc.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Balaur Bondoc! Balaur Bondoc decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
