The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stackhouse drives through with a takedown into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Stackhouse is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Stackhouse has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Stackhouse has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Bourven is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Stackhouse yanks on the arm and Bourven is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Stackhouse.
