Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kris Marsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Kyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kyle is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Big Booty Woman. David Kyle will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kyle displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Marsh.
Kyle lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Marsh scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Kyle misses with a head kick.
Marsh fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Kyle misses with a looping right.
Kyle cracks Marsh with a good jab.
Kyle slips a jab from Marsh.
Kyle lands with a hook. Marsh tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Kyle misses with a lunging right hand
and Marsh makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Kyle connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Marsh throws a leg kick that misses.
Kyle walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Kyle has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Marsh.
Kyle thows a left - swing and a miss!
Kyle pushes Marsh up against the cage in a clinch.
Marsh lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Marsh misses with a knee to the head.

Marsh tries to work over Kyle's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Marsh lands with a right to the head.
Kyle tries a body shot but Marsh blocks it.
Kyle lands an elbow inside.
Kyle has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Marsh.
Marsh tries to circle away but Kyle has him pinned against the cage.
Marsh has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Marsh breaks from the clinch.
Kyle misses with a low kick as Marsh jumps back.
Kyle misses with an uppercut. Marsh saw that one coming.
Kyle gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Marsh to score an easy takedown into full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Marsh got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kyle has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Marsh has managed to get both his arms back between Kyle's legs - danger averted.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Marsh advances to half guard.
Kyle makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Kyle.

Kyle has a hand on Marsh's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Marsh takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
BOOM! Marsh connects with a massive shot to the dome!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kyle is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.
Marsh looking to finish Kyle with some ground and pound. This is bad for Kyle!

Marsh drops a big elbow. That's hurt Kyle! More shots from Marsh and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kris Marsh!
