Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Andrei Karpov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lolo Piling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Karpov kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Scarface - No Tears. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karpov shoots in and drives through. Piling sprawls well.
A lazy left from Piling finds it's target.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Piling jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Karpov is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Karpov and Piling has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Piling advances nicely into full mount.
Piling really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Karpov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Piling! Karpov is hurt baaadly! Piling is firing away with more strikes - Karpov is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
