The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bloodfist gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Tankard thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Tankard tries to stand but Bloodfist is controlling from the bottom. Tankard wants to control from the top but Bloodfist keeps moving. Tankard missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Tankard controls from within his opponent's guard. Tankard trying to control but Bloodfist is working from the bottom. Bloodfist looking for a guillotine here but Tankard defends easily.
Tankard trying to control the position from guard on top but Bloodfist is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Tankard throws a series of punches but Bloodfist avoids them all with ease. Bloodfist keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Tankard swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tankard gets a clinch. Tankard drags the fight down to the ground.
Bloodfist stopping the sweep attempt from Tankard. Tankard is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Bloodfist has his hands clasped together but Tankard extends an breaks Bloodfist's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Tankard.
