Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hartola uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
It looks like Peter Maynard has been cut.
Maynard throws a body punch but Hartola moves out of range.
Hartola ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Maynard moves away.
Hartola is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Hartola lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Maynard at a distance.

and Hartola makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Maynard throws a push kick but Hartola slaps the foot to one side.

Maynard throws a nice looking combination but Hartola bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

and Hartola counters with a nice body shot.
Hartola fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Hartola lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Hartola, right into the meat.
Maynard is breathing heavily.
Hartola cracks Maynard with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Maynard looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Hartola finish him?

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hartola fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Maynard square on the jaw! Damn, Maynard is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
