Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Liam O Reily (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, Alexander Young!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Daniel Bishop and Phil Schofield.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Reily takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
O Reily shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Young pinned against the cage. Young gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
O Reily changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Young tries to avoid it but O Reily manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Young to the ground. Young escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A nice combination there by Young.
Young getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Young feints with a jab and clips O Reily right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! O Reily is sent crashing into the canvas and Young leaps in for the kill! O Reily tries to get to his feet but Young is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that O Reily is in need of a savior and steps in!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alexander Young!
