Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lisandro Licha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rennet Greyven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Licha kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is In Bloom. Rennet Greyven has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Licha looks for a takedown but Greyven sprawls well.

Greyven has taken the fight to the clinch.

Licha changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Greyven fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Greyven tries to close the distance and clinch but Licha swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The crowd cheers as Greyven lands an impressive looking overhand right. Licha doesn't seem phased though.

Greyven has Licha pressed against the cage, preventing Licha from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Greyven's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Licha drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Greyven manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Licha has Greyven in his guard.
Licha can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Greyven controls the pace.

Licha manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Greyven manages to get himself to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Licha has gone for a leg lock! Greyven slips out almost immediately though and dives into Licha's guard.
Licha is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Greyven sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Licha's guard.

A very excited looking Lisandro Licha rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
