Rasputin shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Dos Santos manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Dos Santos has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rasputin can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Rasputin must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Rasputin is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

It looks like Hector Dos Santos has been cut.
Rasputin stands up over Dos Santos, holding on to his feet. Rasputin throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Dos Santos is out cold! Rasputin lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!

In his post fight interview, Piotr Rasputin started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
