Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Scott Gouken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jordan Peter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Peter manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Gouken on his heels. He'll look to pass Gouken's guard now, I'm sure.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gouken is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Peter won't allow Gouken to sweep him here.
Peter wants to control from the top but Gouken keeps moving.
Peter slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Jordan Peter has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Peter moves in looking to clinch but Gouken pushes him off.
Peter is looking to clinch but Gouken is avoiding it.

Peter moves into range and clinches up with Gouken.
Peter wants a takedown.
Gouken tries to circle away but Peter has him pinned against the cage.

Peter keeps control of Gouken as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Peter is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Gouken is defending well for now.
Gouken tries to work over Peter's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Gouken breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Gouken feints and as Peter raises his hands in defense, Gouken changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gouken lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Peter!
Gouken lands a big shot there that rocks Peter but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

The referee warns Peter that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Gouken is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Peter can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Gouken postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Peter badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Gouken around the waist but Gouken pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Gouken is the winner by TKO! Gouken jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
