Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Ball (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirko Emelianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mirko Emelianenko was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ball lands a jab. Emelianenko looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Emelianenko takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Ball cracks Emelianenko on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Emelianenko falls backwards against the cage. Ball follows up with more strikes that drop Emelianenko to his knees. Ball keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Emelianenko! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joe Ball! A relieved looking Joe Ball thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
