Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Chon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrus Laane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laane is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Akon - Never Gonna Get It. Andrus Laane will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Daniel Chon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andrus Laane!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Sosuke Kotani and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laane displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

Laane moves into the clinch.

Laane breaks from the clinch.
Chon swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Laane counters with a good, hard body kick but Chon shrugs it off.
Laane misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Laane getting the better of the striking in that exchange.

Laane fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Chon, pushing him back against the cage.

Laane breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Chon takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A big left from Chon misses.
Chon slips a jab and a cross from Laane.

Laane has managed to clinch.
Chon is trying to break the clinch but Laane is controlling him.
Laane is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Chon looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Laane manages to break the clinch.
Chon throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Laane.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Laane shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Chon eats them both and turns towards Laane to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Chon swings for the body but Laane moves out of range.
A solid body kick from Laane.

Laane moves into range and clinches up with Chon.
Chon is trying to pull guard but Laane turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Chon tries to pull guard but Laane forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Laane breaks the clinch.
Laane moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Chon misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Laane lands with a nice combination. Chon backs away looking to recover.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Laane punishes Chon's body with a nice straight punch.
A good leg kick by Laane.
Laane is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Chon is breathing heavily.
Chon misses with an uppercut
and Laane counters with a flying knee. Nice.

Chon is rocked!

Laane closes the distance and clinches.
Oh Chon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Laane breaks from the clinch.
Laane lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Chon is looking to close the distance but Laane sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Chon crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Chon is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
