Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yuuki Gou and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Machida shoots for a double leg takedown but Pluto sprawls well. He's pushed Machida's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Bucky Pluto.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Machida crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Pluto - the referee stops the clock and Machida gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Pluto. Machida manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Pluto, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
