Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brad Ronald (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brad Ronald told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

17 - 20 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brad Ronald! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Eddie Farnsworth and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ronald is looking to clinch. Ronald stuffs the takedown. Rogers fails with a takedown attempt. Brad Ronald seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ronald throws a nice head kick!
The fight moves into the clinch position. Ronald lands an elbow just above Rogers 's eye. Rogers tries to score a body lock takedown but Ronald shows good agility there to stay on his feet. OK we're going to have a standup here. Brad Ronald hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Ronald clinches up against the cage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rogers avoiding damage as Ronald throws knees to the body.

That was a close round but I would say that Kevin Rogers will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Ronald is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Rogers reverses the position - he's now on top in Ronald's guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Rogers missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Rogers drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Ronald dives on top into guard. Ronald slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ronald slows the pace down. Rogers pushes Ronald away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Ronald gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ronald lands a high kick!

Rogers is nestled in close to Ronald, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ronald controlling the position for now. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Rogers seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ronald does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Ronald is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Rogers pulls his head out easily.
And that's the end of the fight! Brad Ronald comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Rogers has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
