The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Ren Mimura and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lao fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
It looks like Zbyszko Zbogdanca has been cut.
Lao lands a leg kick that knocks Zbogdanca off balance momentarily.
Lao looks to land a body kick but Zbogdanca moved away.
Zbogdanca walks forward, straight into a front kick from Lao.
A slapping leg kick lands for Lao.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Zbogdanca is defended easily by Lao.
Zbogdanca chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Lao can pounce on him.
No luck for Zbogdanca with that takedown attempt.
Lao connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lao connects with a right hand. Zbogdanca shakes it off.
Zbogdanca is trying hard to land a takedown here. Lao sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Kung Lao has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zbyszko Zbogdanca.
Lao looks to land a right hand but Zbogdanca moved out of range.
Zbogdanca misses with a hook. Lao ducked under it nicely.
Lao scores with a shot to the body.
Zbogdanca walks forward, straight into a front kick from Lao.
Lao looks to throw the jab but Zbogdanca is out of range.
Kung Lao is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Lao lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Zbogdanca blocks a jab.
Lao throws a quick inside leg kick.
Lao leaves Zbogdanca with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Lao lands a high kick!
Zbogdanca shoots in and bounces Lao off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Zbogdanca is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Lao has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Zbogdanca is looking to defend but Lao has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Zbogdanca! Lao pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Zbogdanca taps out and this one is all over!

After winning the bout, Kung Lao thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
