Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Woods (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyrone Vincent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Woods! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tyrone Vincent! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vincent gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Woods to score an easy takedown into full guard. Vincent wants to sweep here but Woods controlling him for the moment. Woods loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Woods tries to free his leg and advance position but Vincent is retaining full guard. Vincent looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Woods decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Vincent misses the shot to the body. Vincent stuffs the takedown attempt from Woods. Woods gets slowly back to his feet. Woods is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Vincent's half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Woods is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Vincent is just riding it out for now. Woods eventually gives up the hold.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Woods lands a nice short elbow. Vincent gets back to full guard.
Woods has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Woods accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Woods lands a couple of elbows. Woods looking to pass the guard. Woods drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Vincent dives on top into guard. Woods has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Vincent can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vincent advances position into side control! Woods tries to improve position but can't. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Vincent advances to mount. Woods is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Vincent tries to control but Woods wriggling away. Vincent controlling his opponent. Vincent has control of Woods's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Woods regains control of the situation pretty easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Woods is desperately trying to improve his position but Vincent has a good base and remains in mount. Woods regains half guard. Woods is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Woods is working hard here to advance position. The fighters are battling for position here. Woods manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Woods working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Vincent doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Vincent manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Vincent avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Woods working for a triangle but Vincent defends it easily.
Woods is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Woods is breathing heavily. Vincent trying to control the position from guard on top but Woods is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Woods looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Vincent advances to half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Woods is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Vincent jumps into side control! Woods is looking to regain half guard here but Vincent keeps moving and retains side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
James Woods dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Woods fails with the takedown. Vincent misses with a lunging right hand
and Woods counters with a right hand to the body. James Woods is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. No luck for Woods with that takedown attempt. Woods tries to score a power double leg takedown but Vincent sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Woods somewhat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for James Woods. That's going to take a lot out of him. Vincent throws a hook but Woods avoids it easily. Excellent takedown into side control there by Vincent. Woods manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Vincent manages to get to full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round. Vincent tries to land a sweep but no joy. Woods advances position into side control! You can see the frustration on Vincent's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Woods working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Woods cracks Vincent with a big right hand but Vincent just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Woods tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Vincent is trying to get back to half guard. Woods is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Vincent is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Woods landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Vincent can't do much from the bottom here. Vincent is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Vincent wants to get back to full guard. Vincent is breathing heavily. Woods throwing shots but Vincent is blocking nicely. James Woods overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Woods looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Vincent looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Woods seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Woods looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Woods lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Vincent keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Woods looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Vincent with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Woods is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Woods thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Woods lands a nice short elbow.
Vincent is rocked! Woods lands strikes from half guard. Vincent is still in real trouble! Can Woods finish him? Woods is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Vincent is just riding it out for now. Woods eventually gives up the hold. Vincent taking some punishment here, with Woods in his half guard. Woods is looking for a kimura but Vincent is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Woods to get the leverage. Woods in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Vincent tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Woods!
