Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ed Valquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Allen's choice of entrance music: Dying by Obituary. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jason Allen was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Valquez.
Allen throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Allen is pressed up against the cage. Valquez has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Allen down to the mat. Allen avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
