Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yukinari Tamura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krisu Leepen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leepen has chosen The Prodigy - as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tamura will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Leepen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tamura moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Tamura has closed the distance and engaged Leepen in a clinch.

Tamura changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Leepen tries to avoid it but Tamura manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Leepen to the ground. Leepen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yukinari Tamura. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Leepen throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Tamura crashing down! Tamura tries to stagger back to his feet but Leepen just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Tamura asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
