Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Stephen Hawkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Baldeh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Paul Gruel and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baldeh fails with the takedown
and Hawkin counters with a series of strikes. Baldeh will be more careful next time no doubt.
Baldeh shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Hawkin manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Baldeh is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Hawkin is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Baldeh is controlling him.
Baldeh stands and steps away. Hawkin gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Baldeh fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Hawkin to the ground. Baldeh is now in Hawkin's guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hawkin is looking to stand up but Baldeh isn't so interested in that idea.
Baldeh drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Baldeh jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Baldeh wants to control from the top but Hawkin keeps moving.
Baldeh is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Hawkin lands with a nice body punch.
A combination from Hawkin does no damage.
Hawkin displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Baldeh.
Stephen Hawkin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Josh Baldeh.

Hawkin throws a series of punches but Baldeh moves out of range.
Hawkin misses with the combination.
Hawkin throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Baldeh fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Hawkin avoids it really well and circles away.
Hawkin stuffs the takedown attempt from Baldeh. Baldeh gets slowly back to his feet.
Baldeh shoots in for a takedown but Hawkin shows good takedown defense.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hawkin lands with a straight right. Baldeh didn't see that one coming.
Hawkin feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Baldehs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Nice sprawl there from Hawkin as Baldeh shoots in.
Baldeh fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Baldeh feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Baldeh looks gassed!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Baldeh drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Baldeh as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Hawkin screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Baldeh! Nice submission victory there!
