Freeman comes to the cage accompanied by Saw Remix. Brixson has chosen "Blind" by Korn as his entrance music. Dante Brixson acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freeman is looking to clinch but Brixson is avoiding it.
Freeman throws a leg kick but Brixson sees it coming and moves out of range.
Brixson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Brixson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Freeman is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Freeman is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Brixson drops back looking for a leg! Freeman is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Freeman manages to kick Brixson off! Brixson jumps back into Freeman's guard.
Freeman will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Freeman looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Brixson puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Freeman is staying active underneath Brixson, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Brixson is working for a kimura but Freeman is defending it quite comfortably.

Freeman is trying to escape the mount.

Brixson is working for a guillotine from mount but Freeman frees his head quite easily.

Freeman is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Brixson is looking for the choke from the back position but Freeman is controlling his hands well.
Freeman knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Brixson on the ground.
Freeman turns into Brixson and is now in his guard.

Freeman is sitting in close to Brixson's body. Brixson has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Freeman is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Freeman is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Brixson.
