Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ben Hutch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Fontana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fontana has chosen Queensryche - Silent Lucidity as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hutch blocks a head kick by Fontana.
Fontana throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
so Hutch counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Hutch postures up.
Hutch trying to control but Fontana is working from the bottom.
Hutch pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Fontana is keeping the position for now.
Fontana is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Fontana decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Fontana has Hutch up against the cage in a clinch.

That was a close round but I would say that Ben Hutch will probably get the nod.

Hutch shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Fontana sprawls well. Fontana wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hutch gets slowly back to his feet.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Hutch decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Fontana digs a right hand underneath Hutch's ribcage. Hutch let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Fontana wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Fontana is trying to pull guard but Hutch has him pressed against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Fontana's face as he tries to break the clinch.
