Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bill Bologne!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berger shoots for a takedown but Bologne saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Berger looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Berger shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bologne pinned against the cage. Bologne gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Berger scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Bologne tries to get to full guard but Berger has control of the leg.

Bologne is defending against the submission attempts here by Berger.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Berger is looking to advance position but Bologne won't allow it.

Berger is working for a kimura but Bologne is defending it quite comfortably.

Berger tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Bologne.

Bologne moves into full guard.
Berger is looking to stand up but Bologne won't let him.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Berger tries to bum rush Bologne with a series of wild strikes but Bologne uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Berger misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Steve Berger. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Berger is breathing heavily.

Bologne decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Berger is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Bologne pulls his head out easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bologne stops Berger from getting back to his feet.

Berger has one foot on Bologne's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Steve Berger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fight stays on the outside here - Berger looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Berger cracks Bologne with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Bologne looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Berger finish him?

Berger scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Bologne doesn't seem bothered though.
Bologne is still on wobbly legs! Can Berger finish him?
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Berger throws an overhand right that has Bologne reeling! Berger follows up with a more punches and Bologne is out cold! This one is all over!
