The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cabaret darts in trying to clinch

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Vronsky creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Cabaret sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Cabaret parries the strikes from Vronsky easily there. Vronsky is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Cabaret to escape.
Cabaret tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Vronsky wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Everth Cabaret's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Everth Cabaret's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
