Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vinicius Magalhaes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Magalhaes has chosen Johnny Cash - Aint no Grave as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magalhaes fails with a takedown attempt.
Jones throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Magalhaes sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Magalhaes scores with a jab to the body.
Magalhaes is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Jones misses with a wild body shot.
Jones moves out of range of the leg kick from Magalhaes.
Jones digs a good hook to Magalhaes's body.
Magalhaes slips under a jab.
Jones fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Magalhaes to the ground. Jones is now in Magalhaes's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Jones's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Magalhaes wants to sweep here but Jones controlling him for the moment.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Magalhaes is on top in guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Magalhaes wants to pass the guard but Jones is keeping the position.

Jones wants to stand and escape but Magalhaes is having none of it.
Jones keeping moving, preventing Magalhaes from controlling successfully.
Magalhaes won't allow Jones to get back to his feet.
Jones preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Magalhaes throws a left and a right that both miss
letting Jones counter with a right hand.
Magalhaes is trying hard to land a takedown here. Jones sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Magalhaes shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jones napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Jones trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Jones struggling a bit here.
Magalhaes is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jones is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Magalhaes working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Jones tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Magalhaes wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
I wouldn't like to be where Jones is right now.
Jones is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the ropes but Magalhaes has just dragged him back down to the mat.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jones is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Ground and pound from Magalhaes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Paul Jones will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Magalhaes looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Magalhaes throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jones's waist but Jones gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Magalhaes off to one side.
Jones lands a right hook to the body.
Magalhaes walks into a jab.
Magalhaes will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Magalhaes stuffs the takedown.
Jones misses with a straight right.
Magalhaes throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jones misses with a looping left.
Magalhaes takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Magalhaes closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jones circles away.
Paul Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vinicius Magalhaes.
Magalhaes avoids the body shot from Jones.
Magalhaes tries a low kick but Jones avoids it.
Jones gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Jones is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Jones is really struggling to control Magalhaes but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Magalhaes trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Jones manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

Magalhaes is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jones is aware though and is defending well.

Magalhaes wants to hit a switch here but Jones passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Magalhaes there!

Magalhaes is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Jones landing strikes from the mount and Magalhaes is in trouble!
Jones breaks from Magalhaes's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Magalhaes is in a horrible position here. Jones smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Magalhaes is bucking up trying to escape but Jones cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Jones looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Magalhaes is desperately trying to improve his position but Jones has a good base and remains in mount.

Magalhaes takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Jones in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Magalhaes is rocked!
Jones softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Magalhaes is out cold! Jones jumps to his feet and celebrates on the ropes with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Paul Jones!
